Branch Engineering was hired by deChase Miksis to perform a topographic survey and prepare a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) to gain approval for, and facilitate design of, a new corporate headquarters for Northwest Community Credit Union. The project included dedicating and vacating various sections of right-of-way and access management design for improved vehicle circulation. Adjacent to the Federal Courthouse, this development highlights this up-and-coming neighborhood, providing regular daytime activity to a once desolate part of town.
