Damien Gilbert, P.E., is a Principal at Branch Engineering with a deeply rooted background in transportation and civil engineering throughout the Greater Willamette Valley. With 30 years of experience across both the public and private sectors, he has performed over one hundred Traffic Impact Analyses for commercial, industrial, and institutional developments.

Damien’s expertise includes alternative modes of transportation, traffic signal and roadway design, site circulation, access management, and public infrastructure improvements. He previously worked for the City of Eugene Traffic Engineering Division and currently serves as City Engineer for three local cities and as on-call Traffic Engineer for two others. He is recognized for his ability to evaluate development-related traffic impacts and improve safety and operational performance for public and private transportation facilities.
