After preparing a traffic impact analysis (TIA) for the Coburg Station Shopping Center, Branch Engineering was hired by multiple developers in the vicinity to prepare traffic signal warrants, survey, and design a traffic signal privately funded for municipal ownership and maintenance by the City of Eugene. Services also included design of public ADA accommodations, structural and geotechnical engineering for drilled shaft footings and poles including a 50-foot traffic signal mast arm.
