This 100-unit campus housing project located in the heart of the University of Oregon Campus, includes ground-floor retail and subsurface parking. Branch Engineering was the project Civil Engineer, prepared the geotechnical analysis, and designed the public improvements that included outdoor pedestrian-scale lighting and ADA accommodations.
