The Ten Coburg is a 36,000 sq. ft. three-story medical office building built to suit the needs of 8 different owners split amongst 4 medical practice groups. As Civil Engineer, Traffic Engineer, and Land Surveyor, Branch Engineering designed stormwater treatment and infiltration facilities, transportation access management and Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA), boundary survey and easements, and floodplain engineering documentation. The building was designed by TBG Architects & Planners and constructed by John Hyland Construction.
