Utilizing a grant from the Oregon Department of Transportation, acting as City Engineer, Branch Engineering surveyed, prepared plans, gained approval, bid, managed construction, and oversaw the installation of this rapid flashing beacon with median refuge island and illumination to improve safety of pedestrians crossing the highway between Monroe High School and the Municipal Library.
