Structural design of a new 33-unit three-story wood-framed apartment complex totaling approximately 50,000 square feet. Branch Engineering, Inc. performed all structural design and preparation of structural drawings and was involved in the construction phase and in structural observation. The project was featured in a recent issue of Building Design + Construction magazine.
