Eugene School District 4j hired us in 2005 to survey the Roosevelt Middle School property. This site was to be the future home of a new middle school and the relocated YMCA facility. After assisting with multiple right-of-way vacations, creating easements, and providing topographic survey data for design, in 2016 Branch Engineering completed a two-parcel Partition of the site to separate the school and YMCA properties. This project is creating exceptional educational and community facilities in south Eugene for future generations.
