Project consisted of the structural design of a new five-story wood and steel-framed apartment housing building with tuck-under parking and a total building area of approximately 45,000 square feet. Branch Engineering, Inc. performed all structural design and preparation of structural drawings and was heavily involved in the construction phase and in structural observation.
